Anyone actually use the Platinum Play tier benefits? Worth the upgrade?

I'm currently debating upgrading my loyalty status to Platinum Play at my usual casino. I've seen some people rave about the enhanced comps and dedicated concierge service, but I'm skeptical about the actual value. Does the increased benefit really justify the higher wagering requirements? Specifically, I'm wondering if the bonus cashback rate is genuinely better than just stacking smaller promotions. Has anyone here gone through the full Platinum Play cycle and can give an honest assessment of the ROI? Any real-world feedback would be greatly appreciated before I commit to the higher spending level.

I found the concierge service useless. They just book tables, nothing more.

Honestly, the comps are great, but you have to play high volume to see the real benefit. It's a grind.

Don't get sucked into the spending trap. Just play what you can afford and focus on maximizing smaller, targeted promotions instead of chasing a status level. The marginal benefit of Platinum often doesn't cover the increased risk.

The cashback rate was decent, but only if you play table games. Slots don't count much towards the status requirements, which was frustrating.

Totally agree. The wagering requirements are brutal. It feels like you're playing to pay off a debt, not for fun.

I think the value is mostly psychological. Knowing you're 'Platinum' makes you feel like you're getting special treatment, even if the actual benefits are minimal.

My experience was mixed. The initial welcome bonuses were fantastic, but maintaining the status required spending far more than I was comfortable with. I recommend calculating your expected comps value against the cost of the required play first.

It depends entirely on the casino. Some places actually reward loyalty significantly. At the Grand Palms, it was worth it.

Short answer: No. Just stick to the mid-tier status. The jump from Gold to Platinum is disproportionately expensive for the benefit increase.

Why do you think so? I have a different experience. I used the concierge service to get a private viewing of a show I couldn't otherwise attend. That was worth the upgrade for me.

The bonus cashback is definitely better than stacking small promos, but only if you are a high-roller already. For casual players, the extra effort isn't worth the reward.

It's a status game. You are paying for the perceived exclusivity. If you enjoy the feeling of being 'VIP,' then maybe it's for you. Otherwise, it's just money spent.

I found that focusing on maximizing the specific promotions for your current tier was much more profitable than chasing the next status level. Stick to the promotions, not the status.

The dedicated concierge service is amazing if you are traveling with a group or need complex reservations. For solo play, it's overkill.

My advice is to set a hard budget for the status upgrade. Do not let the desire for 'better comps' push you past that limit. Play responsibly.

I think the value proposition is heavily skewed towards high spenders. If you are a moderate player, the ROI is likely negative.

Don't forget to read the fine print on the cashback. Sometimes the bonus cashback only applies to specific games or during certain hours. It's not always as advertised.

I'd say the enhanced comps are the biggest draw, but only if you are playing high-stakes poker or craps. For general slot play, the benefit diminishes rapidly.
